New Carrier Daily

Every weekday, the trucking companies that just registered a USDOT number in the states you're licensed in. New-venture carriers need insurance before they can haul. Reach them first.

  • Daily CSV by email, or a live Google Sheet
  • Filter by for-hire only, fleet size, hazmat, interstate or intrastate
  • Each carrier delivered once, so no repeats
  • Emails flagged as business domain or free-mail
  • FMCSA snapshot link on every row for quick checks

Officer names and personal cell numbers are left out by default.

Fields in every row

MC numbers show up once FMCSA grants operating authority, which is often weeks after the USDOT number. A new USDOT number does not mean active authority or insurance on file.

Our Actors read official sources every day: the FMCSA motor carrier census and city permit portals.

Clean

Records are put in one format, deduplicated, and filtered to your territory and criteria.

Deliver

You get a CSV by email or a live Google Sheet. Each record is sent only once.

Reach out

Call or email new businesses while they're still shopping, using your own compliant process.

Data sources

Official public records only

No logins, no scraping behind paywalls, and no bought lists.

FMCSA motor carrier census

Public U.S. Department of Transportation data, published on data.transportation.gov. Contact details are as the carrier filed them.

City permit portals

Open-data building permit datasets published by the cities and counties we cover.

Privacy by default

We leave out officer names and personal cell numbers, and we flag free-mail addresses so you can treat them with care.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Where does the data come from?

From official public sources: the FMCSA motor carrier census for trucking companies, and city or county open-data portals for building permits. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA or any city.

How fresh is it?

FMCSA publishes updates regularly, and the newest carriers in a daily file are usually 1 to 3 days old. Permit feeds are sent weekly.

Why don't some carriers have an MC number?

MC numbers appear when FMCSA grants operating authority, often weeks after the USDOT number is issued. A new USDOT number does not mean active authority or insurance on file.

How does the free trial work?

Email us the state you want. We'll send a daily file for that state for 7 days. No card is needed, and nothing renews automatically.

Can I call or text these leads?

You're responsible for your own outreach. Email falls under CAN-SPAM. Calls and texts fall under the TCPA and state laws. Don't autodial or text cell numbers without consent, and scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry before calling.

Can I resell the data?

No. Subscriptions are for your own business use. Email us if you need a reseller or white-label license.
